Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive to support our villa booking operations by managing account records, maintaining booking history, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities
Manage customer and partner account entries accurately in the system.
Maintain and update booking records, account history, and related documentation.
Verify booking details and ensure all information is complete and accurate.
Coordinate with the Reservations, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service departments to ensure smooth booking processes.
Follow up with internal teams regarding booking status, payment updates, and operational requirements.
Prepare reports and maintain organized records for management review.
Assist in resolving account-related issues by coordinating with the relevant departments.
Ensure all account information is kept confidential and updated at all times.




Support administrative tasks related to villa bookings and account management.
Assist the Finance team with basic accounting documentation and ensure compliance with applicable tax requirements, including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Requirements
Solid organizational and record-keeping skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Basic understanding of TDS, GST, invoicing, and financial documentation.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Team player with a positive attitude.
