Job Summary

We are seeking a organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our

commercial and sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for

managing customer pricing, maintaining the price index, coordinating customer orders

and delivery schedules, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order

execution. This role requires robust analytical skills, excellent communication, and the

ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain customer pricing, price lists, and price index updates.

Process and administer customer orders from receipt through delivery.

Coordinate customer delivery schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Planning, Finance, and

Customer Service teams to resolve order-related issues.

Maintain accurate customer master data, pricing records, and sales

documentation.

Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and

internal stakeholders.

Prepare sales reports, pricing reports, and operational dashboards.

Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and internal procedures.





Support the sales team with administrative activities to ensure efficient day-today

sales operations.

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance order management and

customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Order Management, Pricing, or

Customer Service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is

preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in customer pricing and price index management.

Knowledge of order management and supply chain processes.

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate e effectively across

departments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
