Generate recent sales leads through cold calls, referrals, and digital campaigns.
Schedule and guide clients through property site visits.
Explain project perks, floor plans, pricing, and payment plans.
Negotiate prices and terms with buyers to close sales.
Maintain active client records and daily activity reports in the CRM.
Coordinate booking paperwork, documentation, and final handover
Solid verbal communication and active listening skills.
Confident negotiation and client-convincing abilities.
Target-driven and resilient attitude toward sales goals.
Bachelor’s degree in any stream or equivalent field experience.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
