Bill Preparation and Measurement
RA Bills: Prepare Running Account (RA) bills for periodic client payments based on work progress.
Site Measurements: Take and verify measurements from site engineers and record entries in the Measurement Book (MB).
BOQ Management: Study project drawings to draft accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and abstract sheets.
Subcontractor Invoices: Check, process, and certify vendor and subcontractor bills. [1
Cost Control and Analysis
Rate Analysis: Analyze item rates using standard schedules (like DSR) or market rates for extra/non-tendered items.
Material Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly material statements to compare actual site usage against theoretical consumption.
Budget Monitoring: Track project costs to prevent budget overruns and manage retention money.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
