Designation: IT Business Partner

Grade: Manager/Senior Manager

Salary Band: Upto 32 lacs(max)

Responsibilities:
Act as the primary IT relationship manager for Commercial business stakeholders.
Partner with Revenue Management, Network Planning, Cargo, Sales, Commercial Planning, and CRM teams to understand business objectives and technology needs.
Lead business requirement gathering, solution assessment, and business case preparation.
Own demand management, project prioritization, and portfolio governance processes.
Establish executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and advantages realization tracking.
Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, analytics, and AI-led business transformation.

Skills:




10+ years of experience in IT, Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or IT Business Partner roles.
5+ years of experience engaging with senior business stakeholders and managing cross-functional technology initiatives.
Experience in Aviation, Airlines, Travel, Logistics, or Transportation industry preferred.
Solid understanding of at least one or more commercial domains:
Revenue Management
Sales & Distribution
Network Planning
Cargo
CRM
Commercial Analytics

Pay: ₹324,413.62 - ₹1,402,299.46 per year
