Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable courses and programs.
Understand students’ educational and career goals and recommend appropriate programs.
Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain regular communication with students throughout the admission process.
Achieve individual and team admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
Comfortable communicating with students over phone and WhatsApp.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with experience in education counselling/admissions/sales will be preferred.
