Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Voice Process. Candidates should have positive communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle customer queries through voice calls.

● Resolve customer concerns efficiently.

● Provide excellent customer service.

● Maintain quality standards and process compliance.

● Update customer information accurately in the system.
● HSC/Graduate can apply

Eligibility

● Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome

● Valuable communication skills in English

● Comfortable with rotational shifts (as per process)

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
