We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-trained fresher who understands CRM, digital marketing and sales and is ready to learn, experiment and execute.
Key Responsibilities: Manage customer data, CRM and follow-ups
Handle leads through WhatsApp, calls and other channels
Make cold calls for lead generation and customer outreach
Follow up with potential customers and assist in conversions
Support WhatsApp Marketing & Email Marketing campaigns
Understand different brand niches and suggest relevant marketing ideas
Stay updated with current social media trends, viral formats & conversion hooks
Assist in customer engagement and retention activities
Track leads, follow-ups and conversions
Coordinate marketing and sales activities across 5–6 brands simultaneously

Basic understanding of digital marketing
Creative thinker with fresh ideas
Comfortable making calls and speaking with customers
Proactive and willing to experiment
Positive knowledge of WhatsApp & Excel
Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands
Quick learner with strong execution skills
Candidates located near Dwarka preferred
