Key Responsibilities
Mobilize eligible candidates for Skill Development Training Programs.
Conduct field visits to villages, schools, colleges, panchayats, and local communities.
Counsel students and parents about available courses, perks, and career opportunities.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain daily records of leads, enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
Organize awareness campaigns, seminars, and mobilization events.
Coordinate with the training centre team for documentation and candidate onboarding.
Ensure timely submission of required candidate documents.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Positive communication skills in Hindi. Local language knowledge is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, MS Office, and Google Forms.
Willingness to travel locally for field mobilization.
Experience in skill development, education, sales, or marketing is preferred.
