Job Description
A reputed Cardiac Care Hospital in Vadodara is looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join its clinical team.
This is an excellent chance for both freshers and experienced nursing professionals who are looking to build or advance their career in a specialised cardiac healthcare workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors and consultants during examinations and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Monitor and report any changes in patients' condition to the concerned doctor.
Assist in the care and monitoring of cardiac patients.
Follow infection-control and patient-safety procedures.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
Provide appropriate support and guidance to patients and their attendants.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the nursing station and patient-care areas.
Follow hospital policies, nursing standards and clinical protocols.
Work rotational shifts as required.
Eligibility
ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution.
Valid registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in Cardiac Care, ICU, CCU, Emergency or Critical Care will be an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate approach towards patient care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Salary will be based on qualification, experience and relevant clinical skills.
