Hands-on experience in SI map development. Good experience in MAP Spec Build. Experience in working with different file formats XML, IDOC, CSV. Experience in creating mapping specification document. Understanding of partner onboarding and connectivity set up using different communication protocols AS2, FTP, SFTP. Positive to have experience in Managed File Transfer tools like SFG Thru. Valuable to have experience in ServiceNow support tool. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
