Position Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Product Trainer – Ventilation Systems to deliver product and technical training to internal teams, channel partners, and customers. The role involves creating training content, conducting hands-on sessions, and ensuring participants understand product features, installation, operation, and maintenance of ventilation systems.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct product training sessions on ventilation systems, including exhaust fans, fresh air units, ducting solutions, and related products.
Explain product features, specifications, applications, installation methods, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
Develop and update training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and demonstration kits.
Organize classroom, virtual, and in office training programs for sales teams, technicians, distributors, and customers.
Demonstrate products during exhibitions, dealer meets, and customer visits.
Assess trainee understanding through quizzes, practical evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to stay updated on recent products and technical changes.
Provide post-training support and answer technical queries from participants.




Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in ventilation systems, HVAC products, technical training, or product support.
Strong knowledge of ventilation principles, airflow, ducting, and system components.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual training tools.
Willingness to travel for training programs and customer visits.

Preferred Skills
Experience in HVAC or ventilation product companies.
Hands-on installation or technical service experience.
Knowledge of industry standards and safety practices related to ventilation systems.
