Site Manager – Interior & Execution

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and workers.
Have valuable knowledge of interior designing, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing work.
Read and understand interior drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
Ensure all interior work is executed as per approved designs, drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Monitor material requirements, site measurements, and material usage.
Supervise contractors and workers and ensure proper allocation of work.
Conduct regular site measurements and verify completed work.
Coordinate with the design team for any changes or site-related issues.
Maintain proper records of site progress, materials, and work completion.
Ensure quality, safety,



and timely completion of the project.
Prepare regular site progress updates for management.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience in site supervision and interior execution.
Solid knowledge of interior finishing and modular work.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage contractors, workers, and multiple site activities.
Candidates with experience in residential/commercial interior projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
