Role & responsibilities
Identify and generate current business prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements, needs, and budget.
Present and explain products/services to potential and existing customers.
Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations when required.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and proposals to convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other required sales documents.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers within company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, marketing, finance, and customer support to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM or other company systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




Generate regular sales reports and provide updates on sales performance to management.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in exhibitions, events, client meetings, and other business development activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with field sales experience will be preferred.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with customers and handle client interactions.
Knowledge of the local/regional language is preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable with field visits and outdoor sales activities.
Candidates with a target-oriented and positive attitude are preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales may also apply.
