Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech professional who can bridge business requirements with technical execution while supporting project delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate business needs into transparent technical specifications
Work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to define solutions
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process workflows

Technical Understanding
Understand and work with APIs (REST, JSON, basic integrations)
Write and interpret basic SQL queries for data validation and analysis
Understand database structures (tables, relationships, normalization basics)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, ports, request flow)

Project Coordination
Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
Coordinate between internal teams (tech, sales, operations)




Ensure tasks are completed as per plan and escalate delays proactively
Maintain project documentation and status reports

Stakeholder Management
Act as a point of contact between business and tech teams
Communicate project updates, risks, and blockers clearly
Manage expectations and ensure alignment across stakeholders

Required Skills
Robust understanding of APIs, SQL, and database concepts
Familiarity with tools like Postman, Jira, Trello, or similar
Basic understanding of system architecture and integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation ability
Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing structure

Preferred Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis / Project Coordination
Experience in SaaS / product / tech-driven settings
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
