Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the installation, erection, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of CNC machines supplied by FOM Machines.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical consultancy and support to customers.
Deliver application support and technical guidance to end users.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for business partners and customers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, PLC, and control system issues.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
Develop, maintain, and update service documentation, reports, and organizational process records.
Ensure timely service support while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.




4–6 years of experience in Aluminium Working Machines, Wood Working Machines, Glass Processing Machines, CNC Machines, or Machine Tools.
Hands-on experience in installation, erection, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of CNC machines.
Solid knowledge of machine electronics, PLC systems, electrical controls, and machine troubleshooting.
Experience in providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support and application support to customers.
Candidates with experience in the Machine Tools or CNC Cutting Tools industry will be preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, customer-handling, and MS Office skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
