We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Franchise Expansion to lead and drive the company’s franchise expansion strategy across India.
Requirements
12–20 years of overall professional experience.
Robust experience in Franchise Development, Franchise Acquisition, Franchise Expansion or Business Development.
Proven experience in acquiring and onboarding franchise/business partners.
Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience in managing multi-city/PAN-India expansion will be preferred.
Solid leadership, communication and business development skills.
Experience in franchise-led industries such as Education, Training, Retail, QSR, Hospitality, Healthcare, Fitness or similar sectors will be an advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
