Roles and Responsibility
Oversee daily production activities to ensure productive and secure operation of manufacturing facilities.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance overall performance.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.




Provide training and guidance to production staff on best practices and procedures.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
Proven experience in production operations and management within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with quality control measures and analytical techniques.
