Job Description:
We are hiring Sales Managers to drive market growth across Kerala. The role is based out of our Kochi headquarters with regular travel throughout the state to manage distribution, dealer relationships, and territory expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales across assigned territories in Kerala.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, dealers, and key customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor individual team performance, conduct regular reviews,



and provide guidance to improve productivity.
Train and support team members on sales strategies, product knowledge, customer handling, and market development.
Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective territory coverage.
Prepare and submit regular sales updates and performance reports to senior management.
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in FMCG/consumer goods sales
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Malayalam and English fluency preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
