Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle GST, TDS, statutory filings, and compliance activities.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget analysis.
Coordinate with auditors, Chartered Accountants, and banking partners.
Review inventory accounting and support manufacturing costing.
Ensure ERP accuracy and maintain solid internal financial controls.
Supervise the Accounts Executive and support continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or M.Com; CA Inter/CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
5–8 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Tally/Zoho Books/SAP, and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,630.60 per month
