Counsel students and specialists regarding suitable IT courses, certifications, and career paths.
Understand learners’ career goals, skills, and requirements and recommend appropriate courses.
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certification, placement assistance, and career opportunities.
Handle leads and inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and online channels.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Convert qualified leads into successful course admissions.
Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with trainers, academic teams, and management when required.
Participate in seminars, workshops, career counseling sessions, and student engagement activities.
Stay updated about current IT skills, certifications, technologies, and industry trends.
Provide a positive and skilled counseling experience to students.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
