Role & responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop insurance advisors/agents to build a strong agency network.
Generate health insurance business through the agency channel and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Train and motivate agents on health insurance products, perks, pricing, and sales processes.
Develop relationships with existing agents and increase their productivity and business contribution.
Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through agents and personal references.
Conduct regular field visits, agent meetings, and customer meetings to drive business.
Assist agents in prospecting, customer acquisition, product presentation, and policy closure.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC, proposal submission, and policy issuance.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and support agents in resolving service-related queries.




Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, renewal business, and persistency.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile
Good knowledge of health insurance products and sales processes
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Ability to recruit and manage insurance advisors
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Robust relationship management and customer-handling skills
Good networking and field-sales capabilities
Leadership and team-building skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
