Responsible for service team In- house Induction.
Preparation of requirement based training modules.
Planning and ensuring adherence to KIN training calendar.
Coordinating with team for training nomination and 100% attendance.
Regular practice of training employee as prescribed.
Should have understanding of training methodologies.
Should be an auto enthusiast.
Conducting and planning training sessions for employees.
Should have proper product knowledge to provide training to employees.
Must have technical knowledge of Automobiles product.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
