Resin/Chemical Plant Operator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Resin/Chemical Plant Operator to operate and monitor chemical/resin production processes. The candidate will be responsible for plant operations, batch preparation, equipment handling, maintaining process parameters, safety compliance, and production records.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor resin/chemical production plant and equipment.
Handle batch preparation, mixing, heating, cooling, and chemical processing.
Monitor temperature, pressure, viscosity and other process parameters.
Operate heavy equipment and production machinery safely.
Follow SOPs, safety procedures and quality standards.
Identify and report equipment/process abnormalities.
Maintain production logs, batch records and operational reports.
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operations.
Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals/raw materials.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the plant area.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.Sc.



Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
Experience: 3–5 years in Chemical, Resin, Adhesive or Heavy Equipment manufacturing.
Practical knowledge of chemical plant machinery and production processes.
Knowledge of industrial safety and chemical handling.
Ability to work in a production/plant setting.
Positive observation, troubleshooting and team-coordination skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
