Key Responsibilities :
Support global IT talent acquisition for infrastructure roles including Networking, Cloud, Data Center, and Systems Administration.
Coordinate international recruitment activities across multiple regions and time zones. Work with hiring managers and project teams to understand resource needs and prepare job descriptions.
Source and screen candidates using job portals, social platforms, and qualified networks.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support hiring decisions.
Maintain a talent pipeline for current and upcoming IT projects. Assist project teams with staffing plans, resource tracking, and documentation.
Track recruitment metrics and provide staffing status updates.
Identify skill gaps and support training or upskilling initiatives.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company at recruitment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
