DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: -
Bachelor's degree/MBA in Human Resources or related field.
10 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Valuable knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Knowledge about UAE labour laws is an added advantage
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
Assist in performance appraisal and training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
