Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain a qualified and courteous approach during all customer interactions.
Accurately update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
Meet daily performance targets, quality standards, and productivity goals.
Follow company policies and process guidelines while handling customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
