Key Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed BIM models using Revit from CAD drawings, SketchUp models, and design inputs.
Produce architectural drawings, construction documentation, tender packages, specifications, and 3D models.
Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality reviews to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical detailing in accordance with project requirements and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with the UAE design team, consultants, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage Revit content, families, model coordination, and BIM standards.
Deliver project tasks in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and project deadlines.
Advanced proficiency and working of Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
Robust understanding of BIM workflows and construction documentation.
Familiarity with British and/or American design standards.
