Accessories Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell genuine automobile accessories to new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable accessories based on vehicle model and usage.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve accessory sales targets.
Prepare accessory quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
Ensure timely ordering, availability, and delivery of accessories.
Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate with the workshop/service team for accessory fitment and installation.
Follow up with customers regarding accessory orders, deliveries, and feedback.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of accessories.
Plan and execute accessory promotion campaigns and seasonal offers.
Maintain attractive accessory displays in the showroom.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare reports.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on recent accessory products,



pricing, and competitor offerings.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline (Automobile/Mechanical preferred).
1–3 years of experience in automobile accessories sales or dealership operations (experience requirement can be adjusted based on the role level).
Knowledge of OEM genuine accessories and automotive products is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
