Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Plant HR Executive with experience in manufacturing industry to manage plant HR operations, manpower planning, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR administration while supporting day-to-day plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle manpower planning, recruitment, and staffing.
Manage attendance, leave, shifts, overtime, and payroll inputs.
Oversee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS.
Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory requirements.
Manage contract labour, statutory records, and audit documentation.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement activities.
Coordinate training, performance management, and welfare initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and MIS.




Support plant administration, including housekeeping, security, transport, and canteen management.

Required Skills
Experience in Plant HR within a manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Payroll, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience in manpower planning and workforce management.
Experience with Smart Office HRMS and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification
MBA/MSW/PGDM/Any relevant degree in Human Resources.
Diploma in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare (DLL & LW) will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,204.27 per month
