We are looking for the right candidate for the position of Customer Success Representative for the Zoho Business Solutions division at GoldenLion. The business solutions division is responsible for helping prospects to share requirements, solution architecting and table out proposals to improve process efficiency. These include implementing industry-specific CRM solutions built on the Zoho platform and other process automation solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
2 4 years of experience as a CRM consultant
Successful track record of understanding CRM solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of systems and processes for different industries
Knowing the Zoho suite of applications will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
Interact with customers to understand their business process
Prepare a solution plan to meet the needs of the customer
Configure and customize the Zoho suite of applications to map customers business processes
Manage the expectation of the customer to ensure project success
Onsite requirement gathering and understand how that can be mapped into the system
Conduct demos and personalized user training
Create walk-through videos
