Job Title: Program Controller

About the Role

We are looking for a energetic Program Controller to support Global programs, playing a key role in driving financial performance across the full program lifecycle from acquisition to serial production.
This role offers robust exposure to global stakeholders, strategic decision-making, and opportunities to contribute to automation, process improvement, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Program Controlling & Governance
Ensure full and consistent implementation of program controlling procedures.
Proactively identify and flag financial discrepancies to Program and Controlling Managers.
Track and monitor all key program financial KPIs, ensuring alignment between Business Plan, Budget, and Forecasts.

Program Acquisition & Business Planning
Actively participate in program acquisition activities.
Prepare, maintain, and secure complete financial documentation for RFQs and acquisitions.
Propose cutting-edge and value-adding financial solutions during acquisition and development phase.




Upload RFQA / IBP workflows and coordinate approvals with Division and BG.
Perform monthly business plan simulations, including risk and opportunity analysis.
Lead program forecasting cycles (Strategic Plan, Budget, Periodic Forecasts).

Reporting & Financial Analysis
Own and manage the program reporting process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency.
Prepare and present R&D; P&L; reports and ad-hoc financial analyses to Division and BG.
Provide detailed variance analysis, margin tracking, and financial insights to Program Managers.

SAP Master Data & Process Support
Create and maintain SAP master data (Internal Orders, WBS).
Ensure high-quality financial backups for all business plan simulations
Support Controllers in:
Cost analysis
Monthly financial reporting
Ad-hoc projects and initiatives
Gradually transfer Business Plan cost data ownership to plants post Gate 3.
