Job Summary:
As a Barista , you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks while ensuring an excellent guest experience in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso-based and brewed coffee drinks.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and blenders.
Greet guests, take orders, and ensure prompt service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar.
Ensure stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and consumables.
Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
Engage with guests and upsell beverages and snacks.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of coffee brewing and latte art (preferred).
Solid customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pleasant personality with professional grooming.





Preferred Qualifications:
Certification/Diploma in Barista training or hospitality.
13 years of experience as a Barista in cafs, hotels, or restaurants.
Freshers with Barista training will also be considered.
