Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, online leads, walk-ins, and referrals.
Contact and follow up with prospective customers regarding Honda cars.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant vehicle information.
Schedule and coordinate test drives and showroom visits.
Follow up with customers after test drives and quotations.
Maintain regular follow-up on pending leads and help convert enquiries into sales.
Update customer details, enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status in the dealership CRM/DMS.
Coordinate with Sales Executives regarding customer requirements and appointments.
Follow up with customers regarding booking, documentation, finance, insurance, billing, and vehicle delivery when required.
Keep customers informed about delivery status and related updates.
Make post-delivery calls to check customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
Handle customer complaints or concerns and coordinate with the appropriate department for resolution.
Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly follow-up reports.
Support the Sales Manager and sales team with customer-related administrative activities.
Ensure skilled and courteous communication with every customer.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
