Our team is looking to welcome a mature, motivated, mission-driven Senior Web Developer to join Khushi Baby

Responsibilities:
Implementing best practices for state management, component reusability, and maintainability.
Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Optimizing application performance and scalability.
Designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies.
Collaborating with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams

Requirements:
Extensive experience (2+ years) with React.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), code splitting, performance optimization, and Hooks API.
Expert-level JavaScript (ES6+) skills, including closures, prototypes, higher-order functions, and asynchronous programming.
Solid state management expertise with Redux, or Context API for scalable apps.
Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Full-stack experience with Node.js, Express.js, and databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
Deep understanding of modern JavaScript tooling, including Babel, Webpack, and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid problem-solving abilities and debugging skills for performance optimization.




Effective collaboration and communication, working with cross-functional teams.

You ll stand out with
Prior experience working with government officials and NHM data sets
Publications with mixed-methods research
Prior experience working with mHealth / digital health projects
Excellence in English writing and communication
Demonstrated work / experimentation in prompt-engineering for tools like ChatGPT
