Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Associate responsible for delivering products/orders safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Pick up orders/products from the designated location and deliver them to customers.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery as per assigned routes.
Verify orders, addresses, and customer details before delivery.
Handle products/packages carefully to avoid damage or loss.
Collect cash or digital payments, where applicable.
Maintain proper delivery records and update delivery status through the assigned app/system.
Coordinate with the operations/team for delivery-related issues.
Communicate professionally with customers and resolve basic delivery-related queries.
Follow company safety, traffic,



and delivery policies.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle/bike.

Eligibility & Skills
Previous delivery, logistics, courier, e-commerce, or field-sales experience preferred.
Valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred/required, depending on the role.
Knowledge of local routes and locations.
Basic smartphone/app handling skills.
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
Physically fit and comfortable working in the field.
Punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented.
