Oracle APEX Developer

Key Responsibilities

Application Development
Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using Oracle APEX (versions 19.x, 21.x, 22.x, or later).

Database Design & Management
Design and optimize Oracle Database schemas, tables, indexes, and sequences.
Security & Compliance
Implement application security best practices including authentication schemes, authorization policies, and session management.

Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Technical Skills

Oracle APEX

PL/SQL

SQL / Oracle Database

JavaScript / jQuery

HTML5 / CSS3

REST / SOAP Web Services

Git / Version Control

Experience

Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience developing applications with Oracle APEX.

Robust proficiency in PL/SQL programming and Oracle Database (12c, 19c, or later).

Experience with APEX plug-ins, custom themes, and Universal Theme customization.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or APEX on Autonomous Database is a plus.

Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
