Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute dealer network expansion strategies in line with business objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and appoint current dealers based on market potential and OEM criteria.
Conduct market mapping, territory analysis, and business feasibility studies.
Manage dealership establishment, including infrastructure, facilities, manpower, and operational readiness.
Ensure dealership compliance with OEM standards for branding, customer experience, and operational processes.
Monitor dealer business performance through KPIs such as sales, market share, profitability, customer satisfaction, and service performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, Marketing, and HR for dealership development.
Support dealer business planning, investment evaluation, and financial viability.
Facilitate dealer training and capability development programs.
Handle dealer agreements, renewals, relocations, and network optimization initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies,



legal requirements, and governance standards.
Prepare management reports, presentations, and network performance dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in the OEM automobile industry.
Experience in dealer network development, sales, business planning, or dealership operations.
Knowledge of dealership financials, market analysis, and project management.
