A Derivative Operations Associate supports the post-trade lifecycle of derivative products such as futures, options, swaps, and OTC derivatives. The role ensures accurate processing, break investigation/resolving and lifecycle event management, while maintaining strong controls and client service
What are we looking for
- Preferably Graduate in MBA/ Commerce/ with good understanding on Investment Banking Operations domain
Valuable verbal and written communication
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Willing to work in night shifts (between 4pm IST to 2am IST) and 100% RTO
Willing to work in Indian Holidays

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reconcile custody and client wires,
including collateral exchanges against swap trades.
Perform exception management by identifying, investigating, and resolving reconciliation breaks.
Knowledge of Investigating failed settlements of OTC option premium (receivable/payable) between executing brokers and custodians.
Support collateral and agreement workflows with knowledge of TriOptima for ISDA/MSFTA agreements.
Able to communicate the issues & escalate if needed
Perform assignments/tasks
Follow set procedures & ensure training completion on time
Should be a self-starter, team player, motivated and highly energized individual to compete the complexity of the process
Recognizes and/or articulates basic concepts, facts, methods, techniques in day-to-day work experiences
Applies detailed knowledge and skills to complex (or new) work situations in multiple settings
