Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and execute water supply, road, and building construction projects from initiation to completion
Prepare DPRs, BOQs, project schedules, and ensure compliance with PWD, PMGSY, Mandi Board, Police Housing Board, Jal Jeevan Mission guidelines
Supervise site activities ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery
Manage vendor & subcontractor billing reconciliation and project documentation
Liaison with clients, auditors, banks, and government departments for approvals and reporting
Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for multiple infrastructure projects
Maintain team performance, payroll records, and statutory compliance related to project staff

Required Candidate Profile
Civil Engineer (B.E./B.Tech & M.Tech ) with 15-20years of experience in water supply, road, and building projects
Solid knowledge of government tenders, billing, and compliance processes




Ability to manage multiple projects independently with proven leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project management software
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills
