Position: Pharmacist cum Accountant

Sri Ram Hospital for Orthopaedics is looking for a responsible and experienced Pharmacist cum Accountant to manage both pharmacy operations and day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Pharmacy Operations
Dispense medicines as per doctors' prescriptions.
Maintain medicine stock, purchase and sales records.
Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates and stock levels.
Handle pharmacy billing and daily sales transactions.
Coordinate with medicine suppliers and place purchase orders.
Maintain proper pharmacy registers and documentation.
Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
Accounts & Administrative Work
Maintain daily cash, receipts, payments and expense records.
Handle pharmacy and hospital-related billing.
Maintain purchase invoices, sales records and vendor bills.
Perform daily cash reconciliation.
Maintain accounts using Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
Prepare daily/monthly sales,
purchase and expense reports.
Coordinate with vendors regarding bills and payments.
Assist management with MIS and financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Eligibility
D.Pharm / B.Pharm with relevant accounts experience, OR
B.Com with relevant pharmacy/hospital experience.
Pharmacy registration is required for candidates performing pharmacist duties.
Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is preferred.
Previous experience in hospital pharmacy + accounts will be an added advantage.
Valuable communication, organizational and numerical skills.
Experience
1–3 years preferred. Candidates with relevant hospital/pharmacy experience will be given preference.

Job Type: Full time
Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad
Salary: 20,000 – 35,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.
