We are looking for someone who enjoys designing things, building prototypes and seeing their CAD models turn into real machines.
Role & responsibilities
Create 3D models, assemblies and manufacturing drawings for machine components.
Work on mechanisms involving motors, bearings, shafts, belts, pulleys, gears and other mechanical components.
Convert concepts and sketches into practical, manufacturable CAD designs.
Iterate designs based on prototype testing and engineering feedback.
Design parts for 3D printing, laser cutting, CNC machining and fabrication.
Maintain BOMs, drawings and CAD files.
Work closely with the engineering team during prototype assembly and testing.
Coordinate with fabricators and vendors when required.
Preferred candidate profile
Solid experience with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor or Creo.
Good understanding of basic mechanical design and manufacturing.
Comfortable creating parts, assemblies and engineering drawings.
Good spatial reasoning and attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with 3D printing, robotics, automation or personal mechanical projects is a plus.
Freshers with solid CAD skills and good projects are encouraged to apply.
Most importantly, you should enjoy building and solving real-world problems, not just making CAD models.
Perks and benefits
Work directly on a real hardware product from the ground up.
Hands-on exposure to CAD, prototyping, 3D printing, fabrication, electronics and automation.
High ownership and the opportunity to see your designs become physical products.
Work closely with the founders and engineering team.
Rapid-paced startup environment with plenty of room to learn and grow.
Competitive compensation based on skills and ability.
