Security & Quality Governance: Secure architecture, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Azure AD, secure coding, quality gates, performance and resiliency standards.
Engineering Leadership: Technical mentoring, design reviews, stakeholder collaboration, estimation support, delivery governance and engineering risk management.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead fullstack solution design for enterprise .NET, frontend, API and cloud applications.
Define architecture patterns for microservices, APIs, integrations and distributed applications.
Guide engineering teams across design, build, testing, deployment and production support.
Own technical standards for secure coding, quality, performance, resiliency and documentation.
Support cloud-native deployment decisions using Azure services, containers and DevOps practices.
Conduct design reviews, code review governance and technical risk assessments.
Coach L11 to L9 developers and enable consistent engineering practices across delivery teams.

Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / Azure Developer Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer or equivalent full stack cloud certification
Secure coding, API security, Agile or Scrum certifications would be an advantage
