Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.
Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
Ensure attractive visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reporting.
Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
