Experience of 8 to 12 (8+yrs) Years in SAP SD (Contract 2 Cash)

Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent from an accredited college or university.

Responsible for optimizing the contract-to-cash process within the SAP SD, ensuring smooth processing of contracts, orders, invoicing, and payments, collaborating with various teams, including finance, sales, and logistics to streamline operations and ensure compliance with business processes

Manage sales order processing from contract creation, order fulfilment, and invoicing to collections

Implement pricing conditions, discounts, and sales promotions in line with business strategies

Support the full Contract life cycle management, including setup, amendments, renewals and terminations

Ensure compliance with Organizational standards and external regulations in Contract-to Cash process

Generate and analyse reports on sales, billing, collections, and revenue recognition to assist management with decision making





Solid understanding of integration between SAP SD and other modules like MM, FICO

SAP SD certification is preferred but not mandatory

Project analysis, configuration, testing, support, developments/enhancements and implementation of the SAP modules

Must be proficient in handling Issues/ troubleshooting / support functions.

Should have experience in building the integration of SAP with applications which are non-SAP.

Valuable knowledge on ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Solution Manager etc.

Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.

Excellent communication skills.

Ready to work in 24 x 5 support workplace
