We are seeking energetic and customer-focused professionals with robust Japanese language proficiency to join our team in Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 1 to 9+ years
Japanese Language Certification: JLPT N3 / N2 / N1
Excellent Japanese verbal and written communication skills
Any Graduate
Prior experience in an IT services/technology company will be an added advantage

Job Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders and customers
Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
Comfortable working 5 days a week from the office
Work Location: Chennai

- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Positive understanding of business communication and stakeholder management
