Supervise daily horticulture, landscaping, plantation, lawn development, and maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
Manage and guide gardeners, labourers, and subcontractors by assigning daily tasks, monitoring productivity, attendance, and ensuring discipline at the project site.
Monitor plant health, irrigation, pruning, fertilization, pest and disease control, and ensure high plant survival rates as per project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of site activities and timely resolution of issues.
Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, material consumption, work progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications and BOQ.
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of tools, equipment, irrigation systems,



and horticultural materials while minimizing wastage.
Enforce safety standards, housekeeping, and quality control measures, ensuring all horticulture and landscaping works comply with company and client requirements.
Monitor material deliveries, equipment usage, and inventory on site.
Identify and resolve in office issues, delays, or conflicts promptly.

Preferred Certifications
Diploma/B.Sc. in Horticulture or Agriculture.
Training in Landscape Maintenance.

Pay: ₹10,139.08 - ₹18,343.10 per month
