Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall HR function and align HR strategies with business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for all departments.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, KRAs, KPIs, and performance management systems.
Oversee employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
Conduct performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and employee development programs.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Develop training and learning programs to enhance employee performance.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Supervise attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Prepare offer letters,



appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documentation.
Drive talent acquisition strategies and employer branding.
Work closely with department heads to identify manpower requirements and succession planning.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare monthly HR reports for management.
Lead and mentor the HR team while continuously improving HR processes.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month

Experience:
Hospitality industry : 5 years (Preferred)
