Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Premium/Luxury Retail Management
At least 2 years of experience in a team handling role
Solid expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Clienteling
Proven ability to drive sales, achieve KPIs, and manage store operations effectively
Excellent leadership, coaching,
and team development skills
Robust communication and stakeholder management abilities
Age: Up to 36 years
Key Responsibilities:
Drive store sales and profitability while achieving business targets
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through premium service standards
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing store teams
Ensure operational excellence, inventory management, and process compliance
