Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Revit Steel Modeler with strong experience in structural steel modeling and detailing. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D steel models using Autodesk Revit, coordinating with engineering and BIM teams, and delivering models as per project requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate 3D structural steel models using Autodesk Revit.
Model steel structures including beams, columns, braces, plates, connections, stairs, handrails, and other steel components.
Interpret structural drawings, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and engineering specifications.
Prepare and maintain BIM models according to project standards and LOD requirements.
Coordinate structural steel models with Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and other disciplines.
Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues.
Perform clash detection and incorporate necessary design changes.
Generate accurate plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and model-based documentation.
Ensure model accuracy, consistency,



and compliance with project BIM standards.
Work closely with engineers, BIM coordinators, and project managers to meet project deliverables.
Follow company BIM standards, naming conventions, modeling guidelines, and quality procedures.
Review models for errors and ensure timely submission of deliverables.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit Structure.
Valuable knowledge of structural steel modeling and detailing.
Understanding of steel members, connections, plates, bolts, bracing, stairs, and miscellaneous steel.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
Knowledge of BIM modeling standards and LOD requirements.
Positive understanding of structural engineering concepts.
Experience in clash detection and model coordination.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Educational Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
Candidates with relevant BIM modeling experience may also be considered.
